You can submit all the competition documents and projects via the competition’s site.
All the proposals submitted here will be registered in the Centralized Automated Information System Electronic Public Procurement (CAIS EPP) on your behalf.
To the effect, you need to fill in and submit the enclosed application documents up until 23:00 CEST on February 04, 2026.
